Over 4+ years at BeFlow, I led and co-led enterprise SaaS OMS implementations connecting e-commerce platforms, ERPs, marketplaces, and logistics providers through REST APIs and webhooks. Each project involved translating business requirements into integration designs, managing change across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and driving user adoption — often handling 3–4 concurrent clients simultaneously with multiple active projects per account.

Sparta Chile
Long-term enterprise OMS & Promise Engine
I assumed full ownership of the Sparta account following a transition lacking any formal documentation. I established a technical synchronization framework to reverse-engineer their business logic from scratch. Additionally, I led the adaptation of the Promise Engine, developing custom fulfillment functionalities that extended the product's standard capabilities.
After 2+ years of continuous management, I am currently leading the Multi-Fulfillment project, one of the most complex implementations in BeFlow's history. During this engagement, I identified and isolated a critical production bug in the Nomad courier API. By cross-referencing logs and source code, I demonstrated that the vendor's endpoint was ignoring the pickupReadyDate parameter. My technical escalation forced a vendor-side fix, ensuring the integrity of delivery promises.
Grupo Depor
Multi-brand OMS & MercadoLibre Direct integration
Led OMS implementation for Grupo Depor, a retail holding operating Converse, Steve Madden, and Umbro across e-commerce and physical channels. BeFlow replaced the previous FLAP system as the central OMS, unifying logistics and fulfillment operations. Integrated Shopify (Steve Madden), Magento (Converse/Depor), SAP B1, MercadoLibre Direct and Full, and couriers ALAS and Pedidos Ya. Also led the MercadoLibre Direct integration across brands (Converse, Umbro, Steve Madden) and the migration of SAP B1 invoicing and credit note creation from manual to fully automated OMS flows.
Kayser
Full OMS implementation + platform & ERP migrations
Led end-to-end OMS implementation for Kayser: VTEX, marketplaces, RPro9 (POS), SAP B1, BesDTE, and couriers Envíame and Blue-Express. Post go-live, led two major migrations: VTEX → Shopify (platform migration) with RT stock activation for the CD, and SAP B1 direct integration via Service Layer through OMS (replacing the previous approach), plus invoicing migration from BesDTE to Facele Chile.
ASW Group
Full omnichannel OMS implementation
Led full OMS implementation for ASW Group integrating VTEX, marketplaces, RPro9 (POS), SAP B1, BesDTE for electronic invoicing, and Envíame / Blue-Express as logistics operators.
Trailstore
Multi-channel OMS + 5-store POS network
Led full OMS implementation for Trailstore (trailstore.cl), integrating Shopify, marketplaces via Centry (Dafiti) and MercadoLibre, RetailPro9 v9.3 across 5 POS servers (MainHQ + Manquehue, Mall Sport, Vespucio, Lira stores) via BeFlowXML, BesDTE for electronic invoicing, and couriers ALAS Direct (Shopify) and Centry Label (marketplace orders). Implemented CD stock sales flow with home delivery. Post go-live, led the SAP B1 direct integration via Service Layer through OMS.

OMS implementation + RPro → Prism migration
Led OMS implementation for All Nutrition — a client I had worked with directly in a previous role as Inventory Lead & BI Analyst, giving me deep familiarity with their operational flows and SAP B1 data model. Integration covered Shopify, marketplaces, RPro9 (POS), SAP B1, and BesDTE. Also led the POS migration from RPro9 to Prism via JSON Importer integration.
Bubba Chile / Grupo Titanio
Multi-brand omnichannel OMS
Supported multi-brand OMS rollout for Grupo Titanio (Bubba Bags, Black Bubba, Wayu) across Shopify (2 sites), Multivende (marketplaces), Prism POS, SAP B1, BesDTE, and couriers Envíame, Blue-Express, Chilexpress, Starken, and Correos Chile. Implemented advanced fulfillment flows: BOPIS, same-day express, cross-docking, and fulfillment by seller.
Mascotas Latinas Chile
70-store omnichannel rollout
Supported OMS implementation for Mascotas Latinas integrating Salesforce Commerce Cloud (superzoo.cl), SAP B1, and POS Prism across ~70 stores nationwide. Implemented home delivery, in-store pickup, and a Consolidación de Despacho flow where orders prepared at origin stores are consolidated at a regional hub for last-mile delivery in regular or express mode.
